At Happy Kids Nonprofit, our dedicated team is the heart of everything we do. We are passionate individuals united by a shared commitment to creating brighter futures for the children of Osprey. From program development to community outreach, our team works tirelessly to ensure every child has the resources and opportunities they deserve.
• Kim Mccally Executive Director
Kim leads Happy Kids with a vision of empowering children and building a stronger community. With many years of experience in leadership and a deep connection to Osprey, Kim oversees the organization’s operations and strategic initiatives.
• Program Coordinator
Diane Desir
As the architect behind many of our programs, Diane designs engaging activities and services tailored to the unique needs of our community’s children. She brings skills and experience in education, child development to the team.
•Adam Shope Volunteer Manager
Adam ensures our network of volunteers is organized, inspired, and ready to make an impact. From training sessions to community events, Adamis the driving force behind our volunteer success.
• Outreach Specialist
Our team connects us with local schools, businesses, and families, building partnerships that amplify our mission. With a knack for fostering relationships, we all ensure Happy Kids reaches every corner of Osprey.

Our team wouldn’t be complete without the incredible volunteers who dedicate their time and energy to making our programs a success. From mentoring to event support, they’re an essential part of the Happy Kids family.

At Happy Kids, we envision a holistic and community-driven approach to improving children’s lives in the Osprey community. While we are currently in the planning phase, our aim is to address challenges from multiple angles to create a lasting impact. Here’s what we are preparing to implement:

• Essential Support: We plan to provide children and families with access to basic necessities such as nutritious meals, school supplies, clothing, and health resources, ensuring no child is left behind.
• Educational Enrichment: Future programs will include tutoring services, scholarships, and creative workshops to foster curiosity and academic growth while encouraging lifelong learning.
• Recreational Opportunities: We are working on developing sports leagues, art classes, and outdoor adventures to create safe, joyful spaces where kids can explore their interests and build friendships.
• Mental and Emotional Well-Being: Collaborations with counselors and wellness experts will help us promote emotional resilience, self-confidence, and mindfulness in children.
• Community Partnerships: By building strong relationships with schools, local businesses, and other organizations, we aim to create a network of care that supports every child.
